Sirish completed his accountancy training with Nyman Libson Paul and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1974. He then started Malde & Co in 1975, initially working part time and then becoming a full time partner in 1988.
Sirish’s area of expertise is in the film and television industry and advises clients on structuring, UK tax reliefs and international co-productions.
Kiran completed his accountancy training with a medium sized accountancy practice in London and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1977. He then joined Malde & Co in 1978 as the firm’s first full time partner.
Kiran is involved with the accounting, audit and tax affairs of small, medium and large sized businesses, as well as the personal tax affairs of individuals.
Raj joined Malde & Co in 1983 and became a partner in 2001.
Raj was involved in production accounting in the UK and in Luxembourg where he spent 4 years on a number of film productions. Today Raj is mainly engaged with the accounting and tax affairs of owner managed businesses and the personal tax affairs of individuals.
Sarik graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick. He joined Malde & Co in 2003 and became a partner in 2014.
Sarik is involved with the accountancy and tax issues of small, medium and large sized businesses, as well as the personal tax affairs of individuals. He specialises in the R&D and creative sector tax reliefs.
Chirag joined Malde & Co in 2004 after graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in Philosophy and became a partner in 2014.
Chirag works mainly on the audits of small, medium and large sized businesses and specialises in charity audits.
Aashish qualified as an accountant in 1995 with Coopers & Lybrand. He then went on to become a group financial controller for a logistics company before joining Malde & Co in 2001.
Aashish is mainly involved with our creative industries clients, providing advice on structuring, UK tax reliefs and international co-productions.
Mita graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 with Hillier Hopkins and joined Malde & Co in 1992.
Mita works mainly on the audits of large groups, charities and pension schemes.
